Enquiries and proposals

The website describes services and provides an enquiry route. Submitting the form does not create a contract or commit either party to paid work. A project begins only after the relevant scope, price, payment terms and responsibilities are agreed separately.

No guaranteed marketing outcome

Website traffic, search visibility, enquiries, advertising performance, sales and other commercial outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. No particular ranking, reach, lead volume, revenue or return on advertising spend is guaranteed.

Third-party services

Projects may depend on platforms, hosting companies, advertising networks, social networks or other providers with their own availability, rules, fees and privacy terms. Any third-party costs and responsibilities will be identified in the applicable proposal.
